To long time since i was writing something in my old blog, then i decided to update it with a google system.
last one a half month i was taking part in EOC in Portugal the first goal of this year and directly after that i was heading to Latvia for a training camp and a several of competitions: Riga cup, Latvian night championship, Latviaan championship in Sprint and Long and some local competitions as well. in addition i also compete at Tiomila in Sweden, i was able to run last leg for Koovee first team.
last Monday i was arriving in Finland for a middel distance championship in this weekend, my plane is to train and get ready for the main competition of the year- Jukola, for that i plane to train with Koovee club in Tampere until then.
since now i will update some news from time to time about my preparation for my next goal Jukola.
